We have teams for ages 5+ and all abilities (beginning through advanced). In fact, some of our teams do not even require past cheer experience.
Our all-star competition cheer season is a 1-year commitment (mid-May through April). The first half of the season (mid-May to October) is focused on training (twice-weekly team practices). The second half of the season (November to April) consists of normal twice-weekly practices, with elite-level teams also having weekend practices (schedule to be determined by the end of summer), plus 6-8 weekend competitions (Saturday and/or Sunday).
